About These Terms
These terms provide general information about how Saka Energy Consulting ApS provides its services and the basis on which analyses and conclusions are made.
Services
We provide engineering consultancy services, independently provided and free of ties to equipment suppliers. Our analyses are based on the assumptions stated in each engagement and on the data available to us at the time of the work.
No Guarantee of Financial Results
Results of economic analyses depend on project assumptions, electricity prices, market conditions, equipment costs and operating strategy. We sell no equipment, provide no guarantees, and analyses are not a promise of financial performance.
Limitations
Preliminary analyses do not replace formal grid-connection studies, utility requirements or approvals by the relevant grid operator. Conclusions are valid for the assumptions and data on which they are based.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
